REGISTRATION

Registrations are due by June 30 for the fall season. Registrations received after this date will require an additional fee of $10 per player. Any registrations lacking complete information, payment and/or birth certificate, if necessary, will be returned and registration and team placement will be delayed until registration items are completed.

In-House (Recreational) Program:
Players must be at least 3 years old by July 31, 2010 to be eligible to play. A, B, C, and D Divisions involve a weeknight session as well as a Saturday session, for 10 weeks, beginning in late August.

Micro Soccer

Players born between 8/1/2005 and 7/31/2007 will play Micro Soccer (3 & 4 year olds). This program involves one Saturday morning session each week for 8 weeks.
A Division Players in Grades K & 1, born between 8/1/2003 and 7/31/2005 (5-6 year olds) will be placed in A Division.
B Division Players in Grades 2 & 3, born between 8/1/2001and 7/31/2003 (7-8 year olds) will be placed in B Division.
C Division Players in Grades 4 & 5, born between 8/1/1999 and 7/31/2001 (9-10 year olds) will be placed in C Division.
D Division Players in Grades 6, 7 & 8, born between 8/1/1995 and 7/31/1999 (11-14 year olds) will be placed in D Division. **Providing they are not past the 8th grade in school.

Some 6, 8 & 10 year olds fall in a younger division by their age and an older division by their grade. They will be automatically placed by age unless you indicate that you wish them to play with their grade on the registration form.

FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PLAYERS, PLEASE BE SURE TO PURCHASE SOCCER CLEATS, NOT FOOTBALL OR BASEBALL CLEATS. PLAYERS WEARING ILLEGAL CLEATS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD. CLEATS WILL BE CHECKED BY REFEREES AT EACH GAME, AND AT PRACTICES BY THE COACHING STAFF

AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, EACH PLAYER, PARENT/GUARDIAN AND COACH WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN A CODE OF CONDUCT, AND ABIDE BY IT DURING THE SEASON. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN EXCLUSION FROM ALL TYS PROGRAMS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A HEALTH FORM AT THE FIRST TEAM MEETING IN ORDER FOR THE PLAYER TO PARTICIPATE.
